Sue Tepper

Following a passion for good design, tasteful architecture and outstanding service, Sue entered the field of Real Estate in 1969 when joining her family's multi-faceted real estate company.

With a good base in commercial and developmental real estate, Sue was drawn to residential services with an understanding of what one would demand when buying or selling their personal home, farm or vacation retreat.

Recognized by Richmond's Association of Realtors as a distinguished achiever and an annual multi-million dollar producer, Sue falls into the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. She has participated on the Board of Directors and/or Advisory Board for two brokerage companies as well as a Distinguished Achiever Auditor for the Richmond Association of Realtors.

Sue's priority is "fine service". Whether you are buying or selling your first condo or are ready to acquire or sell that stately manor house, service is her specialty.

She has resided in Henrico County and the City of Richmond since 1954 and has raised her two children, Trip and Kristen. Kristen is a part of Sue's real estate team as a third generation Realtor.
